In 1999, we opened on a forgotten alley in Vienna's 15th district. Back then, there were maybe three vegetarian restaurants in the entire city. People called us crazy.
Today we know: Plant-based cuisine isn't a limitation. It's an invitation – to discover what seasonal ingredients can truly tell.

In 2015, we opened doors across the street – for a gallery that brings contemporary art from the elite center to the 15th district. Without intimidation. For people who might be buying their first original.
